IS THE 66 RAMBLER OUTLAW 10.5 STILL FOR SALE? JUST A ROLLING CHASIS RIGHT? TWIN TURBO HEMI IS OUT AND TRANNY TOO, AND IN THE STANG? I seen this car once before you got it from Blake Wilder when he started in his ORSCA's first race. He had it down at Shadyside Dragway at the King of the South Outlaw 10.5 race a few years ago. I think it's the only RAMBLER ever raced in ProMod/Outlaw 10.5 class. I heard a guy named Artie Fulcher raced "Rambo" ’a 60 Rambler powered by a small-block Chevy on alcohol that won one year getting him $20,000 at a big race at Huntsville (Alabama) Dragway. On Youtube a guy races an 64-66 American hard top and it fairly fast : www.youtube.com/watch?v=niiUs7zgoRAwww.youtube.com/watch?v=d9cGEd5zkVgwww.youtube.com/watch?v=piPVdeXOZ50www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qkl194eQZQUWell any way, gimmy a hollar about the car if ya still have it for sale. I would love to buy it; but I don't have that amount of cash to invest in racing in ORSCA at this time. I truely love AMC Rambler Americans and Drag Racing. If it helps you any, I extended this ad on Shadysides Website for the The 7th Annual Garland Buff Memorial 10.5 Race March 7th,8th & 9th 2008 $10,000 to Win also 5.99, 6.99,7.99 Foot Brake and Pro SHADYSIDE NOW HAS A 40 FT SLAB OF CEMENT ALL THE WAY TO THE FINISH LINE. THE GUARD WALL HAS BEEN MOVED BACK, MAKING THE TRACK WIDER AND WE HAVE PUT A 4 FT WIDE STRIP OF ASPHALT ON EACH SIDE OF THE NEW CEMENT SLAB TO THE WALL. Shadyside is getting ready for the Outlaws.... Hey you have any more pics of the Rambler I could use as a background on my website?
